RITES Limited Recruitment 2026 – Important Instructions
- The engagement is as an Independent Consultant, not as a staff member of RITES Limited.
- Consultants on full-time basis cannot take up any other assignment.
- Appointment is temporary; RITES can cancel at any time without reason.
- No statutory benefits like PF/ESI/Gratuity are applicable.
- Leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month (no accumulation beyond calendar year).
- Maternity leave as per Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017 for women consultants.
- Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) will be deducted as per prevailing rules.
- Police verification required; negative report leads to immediate termination.
- Notice period: 1 month from either side.
- Results will be uploaded on RITES website (Suitable/Not found suitable).
- Management reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify the selection process at any stage.
- Age, experience, and all eligibility criteria reckoned as on 19 June 2026 (cut-off date).
- Candidates must ensure all information matches supporting documents.
