- Candidates must be physically and medically fit. Selected candidates will undergo medical examination as per company policy at their own cost.
- No TA/DA will be reimbursed for attending the Walk-in Interview. Candidates must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Candidates working in Government/CPSEs/Autonomous bodies must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- If NOC is not available, candidates must submit an undertaking to produce proper relieving order at the time of joining.
- Contract engagement does not confer any right for regular appointment or continuation in RVNL.
- Candidates will give an undertaking that they will be debarred from all future assignments in RVNL if they refuse to join after offer of appointment.
- Furnishing false/tampered documents or any misconduct will invite legal action, disqualification, debarment, and/or termination.

- RVNL reserves the right to modify, restrict, increase, decrease, or cancel the engagement process at any stage.
