Educational Qualification / Experience: Only retired SBI officers from MMGS-II, MMGS-III, and SMGS-IV grades are eligible to apply. No specific educational qualification has been prescribed. However, preference will be given to candidates with adequate work experience, strong knowledge of banking systems and procedures, and overall professional competence in the relevant field.

Age Limit (as on 31.03.2026): The maximum age should not exceed 63 years. However, engagement can continue up to a maximum age of 65 years as per the contract terms.

Candidates must have retired on attaining superannuation at 60 years. There should be no pending CBI or law enforcement cases against the candidate. Additionally, candidates should not have received any punishment of Censure or above during the last five years of service.
