Nationality:
Applicants must be Indian citizens, or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (before 1 Jan 1962), or persons of Indian origin from specified countries, with a valid eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026):
- AVP II – Group Head: 31–45 years
- AVP II – Territory Head: 27–40 years
- Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager: 24–35 years
- Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist: 24–45 years
Age relaxation applies as per Government norms.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include PG/Management degrees and certifications like NISM/IRDA.
Work Experience
- AVP II – Group Head: Minimum 10 years in wealth/retail banking or financial services, including 5 years in leadership roles
- AVP II – Territory Head: Minimum 6 years in wealth management, including 2 years as Team Leader
- Deputy Manager – SRM: Minimum 3 years as Relationship Manager in banks, financial institutions, or AMCs
- Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist: Minimum 3 years in investment advisory/wealth management roles with strong product knowledge
Note: Only post-qualification experience counts; experience below 6 months or clerical roles will not be considered.
Other Conditions
- Must have a good credit history (minimum CIBIL score of 680 or as per bank norms)
- Must be willing to work anywhere in India
- Required to produce valid documents for age, qualification, experience, and category
