Job Roles – Help Desk Operator

As a Help Desk Operator, the key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and operating the help desk portal efficiently
• Handling and resolving user queries and issues
• Maintaining accurate records of communications for future reference
• Escalating critical issues to the Project Manager when required
• Supporting the project team in achieving target user engagement and growth
• Generating leads through regular follow-ups with existing clients and identifying potential new buyers
• Facilitating the onboarding of new buyers and sellers on the NE Desk portal
• Providing logistical support to buyers and field-level assistance to farmers
• Assisting in the management of NERAMAC stalls during events
